Enquires made into the character and antecedents of Kiran Kumar Reddy S/o Kanaka Sone Reddy revealed that he was involved in 2 criminal cases viz., Cr.No. 179/2014 U/S 143, 147, 148, 448, 353, 506, 427 r/w 149 IPC and Sec 3 of PDPP Act and Cr.No. 180/2014 U/s 143, 147, 148, 448, 427 r/w 149 IPC & Sec 3 of PDPP Act of Asifabad PS of Kumram Bheem Asifabad district. Both the cases are under investigation.

Though the candidate was involved in the above cases he has suppressed the facts at Col No. 11 of attestation form. Hence, it is left to the discretion of the referring authority to take necessary action.
